By registering, you confirm you meet Canada's minimum age requirements (19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) and agree to maintain account security. Shared or sold accounts will be immediately terminated without refund.
Users must comply with all Canadian federal and provincial laws while using our poker streaming services. VIP Streamings operates under Canadian gaming regulations and prohibits any illegal activities including unauthorized recording, redistribution of content, or use of prohibited tools that may affect fair viewing.
All subscription fees are billed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Canadian users authorize recurring payments until cancellation. Refunds are available within 14 days for unused services, excluding promotional periods. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
VIP Streamings owns all intellectual property rights to our poker tournament broadcasts. Canadian users receive limited, non-transferable license for personal viewing only. Commercial use, public screenings, or unauthorized distribution violates Canadian copyright law and will result in legal action.
Canadian users may not engage in chat harassment, stream manipulation, or any activity disrupting service quality. We prohibit hate speech, collusion discussions, or promotion of gambling addiction. Violations may result in permanent bans and reporting to Canadian authorities when warranted.
VIP Streamings collects and protects personal data according to Canada's PIPEDA regulations. By using our service, Canadian users consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement robust security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice to Canadian users. Significant changes to tournament coverage or pricing will be communicated through registered email addresses. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
VIP Streamings provides poker entertainment content only, not gambling services. While we strive for uninterrupted streaming, Canadian users acknowledge occasional technical issues may occur. We're not liable for indirect damages including missed tournament viewing opportunities or device compatibility problems.
Our platform may integrate with Canadian payment processors and analytics providers. These third parties operate under their own terms, which users must review separately. VIP Streamings isn't responsible for external services but carefully selects partners complying with Canadian regulations.
These terms are governed by Ontario law for Canadian users. Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Toronto, except where prohibited by provincial consumer protection laws. Class action waivers apply except in Quebec where prohibited by civil code provisions.
Canadian users may submit suggestions through our feedback system. By doing so, you grant VIP Streamings unlimited rights to use your ideas without compensation. We appreciate input helping improve our poker coverage for the Canadian market but provide no guarantees of implementation.
